Noelle Elise Harvard is by far one of the most compassionate people you'll ever meet in your life. Being naturally caring towards others has been evident since she was a young thing taking care of and playing nurse to her dolls and stuffed animals. It would only make sense that Noelle would grow up to swap stuffed creatures with real people on terms of fixing. When she's not offering her hand to others, you can guarantee that she's at least offering her ear to those who need it. Just like she's naturally compassionate, Noelle is a very good listener - even more so, a great advice giver. While she's not sickeningly sweet, Noelle is often noted as very friendly and nice, mostly from patients. People often find themselves gravitating toward her warm and inviting persona. Noelle tends to be soft spoken, so as a result people feel comfortable around her and actually want to be around as opposed to going the other direction as most patients do when facing the EVE staff around here. She's noticed that they aren't particularly approachable, and she would prefer not to be in that statistic. Think of her as your own personal girl next door with a heart bigger than the universe, and worn completely on her sleeve.

Elliott Harvard met Samantha Grove when she was but sixteen years old. Elliott himself was ten years her senior and at the time he simply pushed the feelings he had of her out of his head. She was entirely too young. In fact, the thoughts would have been much easier done away with had their family not been such close friends, and him not being such great friends with her older brother at the time. It was when Benjamin Grove died in a car accident that pushed Samantha and Elliott closer together while they attempted to condole one another. Well, you know what they say about hanging too close near one another. She began to fall for him, but with Elliott's pleading, decided not further matters until she was eighteen years old and legal in the state of Pennsylvania where they resided.

Within months of making it "legal", Samantha found out she was pregnant. Elliott, who had already established himself within the corporate world (being so much older and in tow with college degree), promised that he would stand by her through thick, thin.. sickness, for better.. for worse. Yes, they wed and Elliott swiped her away to a cushy little life in the suburbs. It was in that time that Samantha gave birth to a little baby girl in which she named Noelle Elise. Noelle grew up rather priveleged. She had the best of both worlds - a mother young enough to relate to, a father old enough to teach her how to be a lot more responsible in the world - much as he was. She grew up knowing right from wrong early on, and learned how to take care of herself. With her father climbing the corporate ladder at a rapid rate, Noelle also led a very cozy and cushioned life. She had all she needed, and didn't want for very much. She grew up normal.

In high school, Noelle was very much a well liked person. People naturally gravitated toward her charismatic and friendly manner, so she was never at the bottom of the social ladder. She was always near the top, but never directly on top; and that's the way she liked it. She'd always been a very nurturing person when it came to other human beings so when it came time to send out college applications, she sent hers directly to a college near home that offered a nursing program. After four years, University of Pittsburgh graduated Noelle Harvard with a degree in nursing, and a minor in psychology. She found herself applying directly to EVE institution after spending a year at a local hospital. Not being able to deal with the gruesome and gory details of the trauma ER, Noelle often found herself taking work on the psychiatric, pediatric, and rehabilitative wards. It was only natural that she would work somewhere like EVE; and here she is.
